How to Request a Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the service must not meet the standards outlined in our service agreement.


Refund Process:

  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments online. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the original transaction.


Service Cancellation:

  • If you decide to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
